Find a time
Open Book in your patient portal. Select a doctor and date, then choose an available time. Add the visit type and a short reason if helpful.
All times use the clinic’s timezone. Your clinic decides whether bookings are confirmed immediately or reviewed as requests.
Move or cancel a future visit
Open your appointment from My care and choose the available reschedule or cancellation action. Visits that have already started or reached check-in cannot be changed through the patient portal.
When rescheduling, your current visit stays booked until the replacement is confirmed. If the slot is taken, choose another.
Prepare for the visit
If a pre-visit questionnaire is available, open it from your appointment and answer the relevant questions. You can also upload reports through Documents.
For urgent needs or if there are no suitable slots, contact your clinic directly.
