Select I also practise at this clinic in your clinic application. After approval, your account is labelled Owner & doctor.
You keep owner tools such as billing, settings and staff management, and gain the clinician workspace for notes, prescriptions and report release. No second Google account is needed.
Already own a clinic?
Open Settings → Doctors & hours. Use I also practise here, enter your doctor details and enable Owner & doctor. Then open your doctor profile to complete the working hours.
This option changes your own owner account. It does not automatically give every administrative owner clinical permissions.
Keep authorship clear
Clinical work is attributed to the signed-in clinician. Use an individual account for each person, even when they work in the same clinic.
Finalised records keep their original content. Corrections are added as amendments.
